Hi, everyone. It’s been quite the journey to get to this point. Ambition Running started as an idea a few years ago, I wanted to give something back to a sport that has given me so much. So I set out to create a brand and a logo that represented what I thought was a symbol of positivity and collaboration. Ambition after all is a strong desire to achieve something meaningful β often involving success, growth, recognition, or personal goals. This dream became a reality when I decided to sponsor and support a group of amazing young athletes. I designed and printed their kit, created a little race team and together we achieved some brilliant things- they are all still achieving brilliant things π«ΆπΌ.
Then came the idea to go into coaching. Without knowing it, I’ve been a coach for a long time. I take great satisfaction from helping people, helping people achieve a goal or hit a target. I’ve always used the knowledge I’ve gained from over 30 years in the sport and given advice about training, sessions, paces, races and preaching about the 1%ers. So I thought, why not do this properly.
Fast forward to 2026 and I’m now a fully qualified EA Coach for Endurance, have a growing team of brilliant, inspiring runners and I’m ready to help YOU, on your journey to being brilliant! This is not an elite coaching team, our approach and mindset is very much professional but we welcome everyone. From first timers to seasoned athletes, if you are looking for something new, something structured and something with experience….we could well be that something you are looking for.
Yes, you could get your schedule from AI or follow a programme on an app, these are great tools and we support them 100%, but they won’t get to know you personally, celebrate the highs and support the lows and they certainly won’t be at the other end of a phone, email, message when you need that quick bit of advice or support.
So, that leaves me with just one last thing to say… Welcome to Ambition Running, I’m so pleased you stopped by and please follow our journey to Happy Running.
